Getting Started

To use mygenmobile, users must already be enrolled as Generations Bank Internet Banking users. Those who are already enrolled can simply download the app, launch it, and log in using the same Internet Banking username and password. Once successfully logged in, accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Note: mygenmobile requires an iPhone with iOS 8 or above.
